Why We Started Grange Group Recruitment
Grange Group Recruitment was born from a simple idea: recruitment should be personal, reliable, and built on trust — not just transactions.
After years of working across industries and witnessing the gaps in traditional recruitment services, we saw the need for an agency that truly understands the people behind the positions.
